Halo Upmix produces a coherent spatial upmix preserving the character of the original audio. Real-time analysis of the audio signal identifies and extracts locational cues in order to extend the panorama in a way that both sounds and feels natural. Plus neural network-powered dialog recognition ensures that speech is placed front and centre. With the 'Exact' function engaged you can work comfortably in the knowledge that any downmix at a later stage will preserve the balance of the original mix. The 3D extension adds support for 5.1.4 7.1.2 and 7.1.4 surround channels as well as 1st 2nd and 3rd order Ambisonics.

Halo Vision includes 7 customizable modules for real-time analysis of surround 3D and immersive audio allowing audio professionals to gain a clearer understanding of phase correlation frequency content and location information.
