New for 2013, Zildjian has revamped and remodeled their classic A. Zildjian series. The A's really are a timeless set of cymbals that have been played by everyone from Buddy Rich to Dave Grohl. This sudden tune-up is due to the numerous requests Zildjian received from players and fans alike, asking for an A that was reminiscent of those classic cymbals from the 60's and 70's while still having a modern finish and versatility that would make it applicable to all styles of music. Luckily for us, not only did Zildjian respond to our requests, but far exceeded our expectations with these beautiful new cymbals.

The Medium Thin Crash is the perfect combination of power and sensitivity. This cymbal is loud while still being extremely dynamic with a warm spread and a punchy attack. It's high end is a bit more pronounced than the thin crash, while still having the same shimmering wash and full-bodied tone.
